Possible Complications with upcoming Build and Old Saves

With the integration of the new stat system, I have observed possible complications regarding old saves and the system. I have some scripts in place to help players with old build saves transition into the new system as smoothly as possible, but I see the possibility that it may be better to have players start from scratch to have the best possibility of avoiding bugs and broken saves. As it stands, I am reasonably confident that the transition should be smooth, but if players report bugs or issues with old saves, I will issue a hotfix that will require players to start fresh. I have never liked the idea of compelling players to start over, but if that is what it takes to get the new system into place and eliminate slop in the code, so be it. Here is to hoping. :)
